Full job description
This position is for our main baker for the business Monday-Friday.
Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 11:00am or 12:00pm and Fridays 2:00pm to 6:00pm, hours may vary based on needs each day.
Looking for a hard worker with the ability to multi-task and work well with other employees and business owner, while also being able to be a self-starter and work independently. Must have good communication skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Measure and combine ingredients to produce fresh cupcakes for the day.
Get product in and out of the oven and out of pans to cool.
Measure and combine ingredients to make frosting for the day.
Frost all cupcakes.
Make cookie doughs, cut & bake cookies. Make icing and ice/decorate cookies.
Clean counters and mixers utilized in production.
Clean floors at end of shift.
Re-stock ingredients as needed.
Do prep work for the following day.
Keep track of inventory of ingredients and effectively communicate when ingredients are getting low.
Help customers after opening.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
Minimum 5 years baking and decorating experience required.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Basic baking knowledge
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and develop baking skills on the job
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 30 per week
