Job Description To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans. Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications. Consult current and prospective members about company products and services. Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly. Identify opportunities to cross‑sell service products and increase product penetration. Perform platform banking functions. Experience 1-3 years of banking experience in retail or customer service. Cash handling experience required. Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Must be available Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am‑2:30 pm. May be expected to work 2–3 Saturdays per month depending on business need. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Utica, MI 48315. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $21.42 – $21.42 per hour. Medical, dental, and vision.
