Banking Customer Service Representative

Location: Richland or Spokane, Washington | Full-Time | 9 AM – 6 PM (Rotating Saturdays)

Are you passionate about helping people and building lasting relationships? Join a dynamic team where your customer service skills make a real impact every day. We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to be the voice of our credit union—supporting members and delivering exceptional service with every interaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver outstanding service via phone and email to support members with account inquiries and maintenance.
  • Take ownership of member concerns, set clear expectations, and follow through with timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborate with your team and leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and care.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating online systems.
Work Environment:
  • 6-week paid training program (4 weeks classroom, 2 weeks nesting)
  • Supportive call center setting inside the credit union
  • Locations:
    • 51 Gage Blvd, Richland, WA 99352
    • 5123 E 3rd Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
available for this temporary role may include the following:
