Location: Beech Mountain Lakes, PA

Employment Type: Part-Time 30 Hours/5 days Wed-Sun


Rate: Up to $20 hourly with RAMP and ServSafe Certifications


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic personality to manage our bar and front-of-house operations. You will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable, safe, compliant, and hospitable experience for our residents and guests. This role oversees everything from daily bar service and staff scheduling to PLCB RAMP compliance, inventory management, and social media marketing.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Leadership: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, schedule and train bartenders/barbacks, and foster a team-oriented culture by leading by example behind the bar.

Guest Experience: Greet every guest with a smile and professional demeanor. Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain PLCB RAMP documentation and staff certifications. Manage food safety coverage (CFPM), sanitation logs, OSHA Hazard Communication (SDS), and incident reporting.

Inventory & Finance: Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and deliveries. Track sales, manage costs, and support budgeting goals to ensure profitability.

Creative & Marketing: Develop specialty drink menus and seasonal offerings. Manage the entertainment calendar and lead digital promotion across Facebook, Instagram, and our website.

Requirements


Experience: Proven background as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender with leadership responsibilities.

Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations.

Certifications: Must be 21+ and hold (or be able to obtain) RAMP and ServSafe Alcohol certifications. CFPM and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are highly preferred.

Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in social media management.

Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
