StaffWerk is a trusted staffing agency specializing in providing qualified and reliable food service workers to various establishments. We are currently seeking dedicated Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be the heart of the bar area, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients' guests. Your primary role will be to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide recommendations and answer questions about drink options.
• Mixology: Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of beverages.
• Bar Management: Maintain an organized and clean bar area. Restock supplies and manage inventory to ensure adequate availability of all ingredients and materials.
• Compliance: Adhere to all legal and safety requirements related to alcohol service, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar staff and kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operation and a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated individuals with a passion for the industry.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with standard drink recipes and bartending techniques. Basic knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.

• Certification: Valid Responsible Beverage Service certification or equivalent.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour
