Aviators Wing House and Craft Cocktails is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious cocktails while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our guests have a fantastic dining experience. Located in the heart of the neighborhood, Aviators Wing House and Craft Cocktails is an aviation themed wing house that offers the tastiest wings and fabulous craft cocktails. Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Create and serve a variety of craft cocktails and beverages
• Provide detailed information about our food and drink offerings
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Willingness to tend to bar guests and dining guest with the same energy and vigor
• Ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and wait areas
• Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed
• Being an exceptional and supportive team member
• Processing payments accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology or an above average ability to learn quickly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings, late hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Provide or obtain a food handlers permit
• Provide or obtain TABC certification
