The Sick Stag is a product of passion its a place meant for bartenders where the cocktails are crafted with enthusiasm, smiles are genuine, work ethic is never in question and good times are the currency of the realm. We want to be a quick escape for our locals as well as a destination where people from afar come to unwind, celebrate, and savor the art of the great American cocktail and the hospitality in our hearts. Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience, with a strong foundation in crafting cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for making patrons feel welcome.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be 21+
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and flair.
- Engage with patrons to create a friendly and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new cocktail creations.
- Uphold the bar's ethos of authenticity and inclusivity.
