About the Role:
We’re one of Maryland’s fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies, known for delivering stunning results and white-glove service. We’re expanding and looking for experienced, commission-only sales pros who can walk into a home, build trust, and close deals on the spot.
Average project size: $15,000–$25,000+
No income cap – we pay what you earn
Pre-set appointments
In-home design consultations (you’ll be the face of our brand)
✅ We’re Looking for:
Proven track record in in-home sales (Insurance, solar, bathroom remodeling, windows, kitchens, roofing, etc.)
Strong closer mentality with the ability to win trust quickly
Ability to manage client relationships from first consult to project completion
Professional presence and excellent communication skills
Must have your own reliable transportation
