BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Flexible Hours & Support)

We are actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. This role is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexibility, strong clinical support, and reasonable caseloads—whether you’re newly certified or highly experienced.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families and clinical leadership
• Maintain ethical and professional ABA standards
