BCBA needed full time - K-12 School

The BCBA will assist within 4 school district buildings.

SLP woman owned company is seeking a BCBA to assist one of our clients this school year!

1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
2. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
3. Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary.
4. Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff.
5. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals.
6. Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in creating and conducting training sessions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting behavior analysis
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
