We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years experience to be the Clinical Director of the Northwest Houston location starting in January. It is a brand new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination.

ABOUT SOS:

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child's therapy live from our parent viewing room!

WHY BCBAS LOVE WORKING WITH US:

True Work-Life Balance

  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
  • In-home and in-school supervision, if applicable (4:30-6:30pm)
  • no weekends, no on-call duties
  • Paid Time Off

You Focus on Clinical Work We Handle the Admin work

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
  • Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You'll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
  • SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

  • 25% of SOS owners are autism parents who prioritize care over profit.
  • SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements.
  • SOS does not require training payback agreements.
  • SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months-providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

  • Opportunities for you to move up to Regional Director as your employer opens new locations.
  • Option of transferring to a different location, in the event that you need to move away.

BENEFITS:

  • Salary $85,000-$127,000 (depending on experience)
  • 401k, up to 3% matching
  • 10 days paid time off per year (Because you deserve it!)
