What You'll Do:
Design & Oversee ABA Treatment Plansfor children with autism and developmental delays.
Train & Supportstaff, caregivers, and other professionals in implementing ABA programs.
Conduct Face-to-Face Supervisionand oversee patient progress.
Lead Team Meetingsto update treatment plans and provide support to behavior technicians & caregivers.
Write Assessments & Progress Reportsto track patient improvement.
Advocate for Patientsby attending IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings.
Collaborate with Schools & Caregiversto provide comprehensive support.
Perform Additional Dutiesas assigned to enhance patient care.

Who We're Looking For:
- Masters Degreein education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development, social work, or a related field
- BCBA Certified(or in the process of certification)
- 1+ Year Experienceimplementing ABA interventions with children with autism
- 1+ Year Experiencedesigning ABA programs & training caregivers/instructors
- Knowledge of ABA Techniques(DTT, NET, VB, PRT)Experience Conducting Assessments(VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA
- Behavior Specialist license
