Behavior Interventionist-Spanish Bilingual Apply
As a Behavior Interventionist (BI) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home, at a support center or in the community.
You will work alongside our community of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as you interact directly with your clients during in-home visits to implement established behavioral treatment plans based in the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implementing treatment plans may involve teaching individuals' adaptive skills, communication skills, self-care skills and social skills to improve their quality of life.

- Monday- Friday between the hours of 2:00pm-8:00pm.

What Our Ideal Partner Looks Like
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
- Nice to have- previous exposure to working individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities; or similar experience (i.e. respite, daycare, tutoring, and attendant care services)
- Empathy and compassion towards the families we support
- Maintains professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure
- Demonstrates effective communication, and shows ability to implement existing behavioral plans
- Implement outlined plans to achieve desired goals
- Ability to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needs
- Be comfortable working in clients homes
- Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patients natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.)
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients
