Integrity Support Solutions is a licensed provider of Home and Community-Based Services, supporting adults with autism and intellectual disabilities across Pennsylvania. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support that uplifts individuals and their families.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Support Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans, with a specialized understanding of problematic sexualized behavior. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.

  • Collaborate with support teams, including families, direct support staff, and clinical professionals.

  • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to person-centered planning.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Education (required).

  • Specialized training in problematic sexualized behavior (required).

  • Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance (required).

  • ABA training or certification (preferred but not required).

  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
