Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technicians to join our team at Kindles ABA. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism. You will work closely with clients, their families, school administrators, and BCBAs to promote positive behavior change and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their individualized treatment goals

- Teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors and social skills

- Assist with daily living activities and skill development

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment sessions

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred but not required)

- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, empathy, and understanding

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
