If you are passionate about helping children and adolescents with developmental disabilities thrive, we would love to meet you.Position: Behavior InterventionistBehavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.Compensation & Benefits$22.00$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education Paid mileage Paid drive time Paid training Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Cell phone allowance Bilingual pay differential Paid sick time Employee referral program Opportunities for advancement within the organizationKey ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.Collect and record data on client progress.Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).QualificationsHigh School Diploma REQUIREDBachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
