Copper Country Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Client Services Manager to provide services in the Houghton County, Michigan area, with travel to other counties as needed. WHAT WE OFFER. $48,695 – $63,886 annual starting salary based on licensure and experience. PLUS $5,000 sign-on bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage. Disability and life insurance. Retirement and deferred compensation plans. Paid time off. Full-time Monday – position generally working 8am – 5pm. WHAT YOU WILL DO. Provide Supportive Services . Help individuals with severe mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities; some with co-occurring substance use disorders. Conduct Assessments . Evaluate needs and conditions to better understand each person’s situation. Create Individual Service Plans . Develop personalized plans using a person-centered approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Monitor and Evaluate . Regularly check progress and performance to ensure that service plans are effective. Maintain Confidential Records. Keep all information secure and private, adhering to confidentiality standards. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. Degree and licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred, however, other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered. 1 year experience working with those with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness is preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in Houghton County, Michigan, and travel to surrounding counties as needed. Able to pass a criminal background check. SOUND LIKE YOU?
