SBJATC 153 The Electrical Apprenticeship, a prominent institution for future Electricians, is seeking a diligent Enrollment Data Entry professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and up-to-date enrollment records, supporting the seamless operation of our educational programs. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update student enrollment data into the system
  • Review and verify enrollment documents for completion and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with enrollment information
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling student information
  • Generate reports and metrics related to enrollment data as required
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of data management protocols and best practices
  • Monitor and track the progress of student enrollment activities

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven data entry experience with exceptional accuracy and speed
  • Proficient computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
