Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is seeking a full time Behavioral Health Provider to join our school-based team in Mitchell County. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about supporting students' mental health and well-being through evidence-based practices and collaborative care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide individual therapy using modalities of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student needs. Respond to crises and provide emergency behavioral health services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Participate in care team meetings, trainings, and community outreach. Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in social work or counseling. Valid and current license to practice in NC (LCSW or LPC). Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or school-based settings. Spanish language proficiency, preferred. Ability to travel to multiple school sites and community locations as required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
