Job Summary Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community‑based environments. Duties and Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan. Assist with diaper/pull‑up changing and toileting training. Provide regular, written, and verbal progress updates on treatment goals. Maintain strict confidentiality. Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans. Follow the policies and procedures of Aspire Child & Family Services. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience preferred. Passion for working with children with disabilities. Reliable transportation. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days after providing services. Travel This position may require 25% travel.
