Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is for Behavior Specialists with BCBA credentials to support Extended School Year (ESY) programs in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These positions focus on providing specialized behavioral services to students with moderate to severe needs, through a structured school-based setting. The role offers a meaningful chance to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis within educational environments during the summer months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior intervention services aligned with BCBA best practices in schools
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to support student behavioral goals
  • Implement individualized behavior plans and monitor progress
  • Participate in orientation and preparatory activities prior to ESY sessions
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and classroom dynamics

Location & Schedule:

  • Positions are based primarily in Bucks County, with assignments at Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown
  • ESY instructional period runs June 29 to July 30, 2026, Monday through Thursday
  • Typical hours: 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM daily, aligning with student schedules

Qualifications:

  • Must hold active BCBA credentials and meet Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements
  • Experience working with moderate to severe behavioral challenges in school settings
  • Reliable transportation and residence within approximately 35 minutes of site locations
  • Commitment to full ESY schedule and availability for preparatory orientation sessions
  • Clear understanding of and compliance with credentialing timelines and policies
