Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a full-time, onsite role in Springfield, MA, for the 2026-2027 school year, working within a school setting. This position focuses on behavior intervention and support for students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote consistent behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly to maximize success
  • Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and data collection

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed and certified Massachusetts BCBA with active credentials
  • Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
  • Ability to conduct thorough behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable transportation to and from the site and punctual attendance
  • Successful completion of required background screenings and drug testing

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts (onsite)

Contract Details:

  • Full-time position covering August 2026 through June 2027
  • Work exclusively onsite to maintain direct student interaction
  • Interview conducted via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes)
