Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic educational environment as a Behavior Specialist supporting students through Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services in a full-time, onsite role based in Clarks Summit, PA. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within school settings, working closely with students and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of certified professionals.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and execute individualized behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and documentation of student progress.
  • Participate in virtual supervision sessions with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Support caseload management and adjust strategies according to student needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working in school environments with children requiring behavioral support.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to engage effectively in virtual supervision with BCBA providers.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Location: Onsite position located in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.
