Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for experienced Behavior Specialists with BCBA certification to provide services in Bucks County, PA. These positions are part of the Extended School Year (ESY) program and involve working within school environments across Bucks County, including locations such as Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior analysis services aligned with BCBA standards to support students with moderate to severe needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Participate in orientation and related services setup as scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress regularly.
  • Work schedule includes Monday through Thursday, from 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM during ESY instructional dates (June 29 July 30, 2026).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA licensure meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
  • Experience working with populations exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges.
  • Ability to commit to the full ESY schedule.
  • Reliable transportation with residence within 35 minutes of the assigned school site.
  • Understanding of the PA DOE credentialing timeline (approximately 14 days).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with students, staff, and families effectively.

Additional Details:

  • Positions require 24 hours per week.
  • Candidates must not have worked with this client through another agency within the past year.
  • Assignment locations depend on matching candidate skills with student needs.
  • Classroom and location placements will be communicated in late May to early June.
  • Orientation and related services setup dates vary depending on location.

Applicants will be required to submit a complete package including full name, city of residence, resume with bullet highlights, proof of active licensure, and answers to screening questions regarding availability, experience with target populations, commute plans, and any potential attendance obstacles.
