Job Description
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed for a contract position supporting Extended School Year (ESY) services in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This role involves working with students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral and developmental needs within school-based settings. Positions are primarily located in Levittown and Fallsington, with placement determined based on your skills and proximity to your residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide applied behavior analysis and behavioral support in classroom and related service settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Participate in orientation and planning sessions prior to ESY instructional dates.
Candidate Qualifications:
- BCBA certification meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
- Experience working with moderate to severe student needs and challenging behaviors.
- Reliable transportation with residence within 35 minutes of the assigned school site.
- Commitment to the full ESY schedule: Monday through Thursday, June 29 to July 30, 2026.
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust to location and classroom assignments based on student need and enrollment.
- Ability to comply with credentialing processes and scheduling demands.
Schedule and Location:
- Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week.
- ESY instruction hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; staff hours: 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
- School sites include Samuel Everitt School in Levittown and Fallsington Elementary.
- Orientation dates and hours vary by location and assignment.

- Candidates must have had no recent contract employment with the client agency in the past year.
