Therapeds Therapy, part of H2 Health, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support our pediatric clinics in both Harker Heights and Salado. This position will provide services at both locations. If you’re passionate about helping children grow and thrive, this is your opportunity to build a meaningful career in behavioral health.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric patients

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Track and document patient progress

• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary therapy team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for working with children

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation (required for travel between both clinic locations)
