Role Description
We're partnered with a growing food manufacturer located outside of Minneapolis. With over 100 year history, this family owned and operated organization has a fantastic reputation in the area. The Benefits and Payroll Manager will manage a small team and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of HR Information Systems, payroll administration, employee benefits, and a range of other corporate HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree preferred
- 5+ years' Experience in HR, Payroll, or Benefits Admin
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Organized
- Ability to communicate and build relationships in a manufacturing environment
