The People Operations Department is responsible for HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, talent acquisition, training, and plays an active role in ReDiscover's strategic business plan and ensures compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.What You'll DoAct as the gatekeeper for HRIS data integrity, including benefits administration, enrollment and re-enrollment, qualifying events and administering company policies and procedures.Evaluate and analyzes the efficiency and value of current benefits programs and makes recommendations for improvements.Interpret benefits and retirement plans and policies in order to facilitate administration and compliance, respond to questions, and interface with carriers to solve complex benefits problems.Take ownership of payments for benefit related invoices, EEO-1 reporting, ACA reporting, 5500 DOL annual reports, 403(b) hardship requests, processing medical arrears and flex spending accounts.Perform routine tasks required to assist in implementing and maintaining HR programs such as compensation and benefits.Provide customer service to ReDiscover employees by answering general benefit questions in a timely manner.Collaborate with management and payroll to ensure correct payroll deductions and work schedules.Promote ReDiscover's culture of care and collaboration by advising and informing employees on the details of ReDiscover's benefits programs.Assist People Operations in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Requirements of the PositionBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related field.At least three (3) years of human resources and benefits administration experience.General benefit knowledge for efficient administration of company 403(b) plans, medical plans, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and other various company benefits required.A valid automobile driver's license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.Customer service focused.Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.Grow With UsWe're committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Team Leader through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.Ready to join a team that's passionate about people?
