Job Description:
This role will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and visualizing enterprise data to support reporting, decision-making, and overall business intelligence initiatives. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable insights.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a BI or analytics-focused role with strong emphasis on Power BI
- Expertise in designing and building enterprise-level data models (star and snowflake schemas)
- Strong experience with DAX and Power Query (M)
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dataflows, datasets, and dashboards
- Ability to develop complex measures supporting key business metrics and performance indicators
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning
- Experience working with relational datasets and analytics-friendly data structures
- Ability to validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
- Experience conducting trend analysis, cohort analysis, and performance diagnostics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or lending environments
- Experience collaborating with data engineering or data warehouse teams
- Familiarity with data governance and documentation practices
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide proactive insights to leadership
