Job Description:
This role will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and visualizing enterprise data to support reporting, decision-making, and overall business intelligence initiatives. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable insights.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a BI or analytics-focused role with strong emphasis on Power BI
• Expertise in designing and building enterprise-level data models (star and snowflake schemas)
• Strong experience with DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dataflows, datasets, and dashboards
• Ability to develop complex measures supporting key business metrics and performance indicators
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning
• Experience working with relational datasets and analytics-friendly data structures
• Ability to validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Experience conducting trend analysis, cohort analysis, and performance diagnostics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or lending environments
• Experience collaborating with data engineering or data warehouse teams
• Familiarity with data governance and documentation practices
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide proactive insights to leadership
