We are looking for a talented and driven BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Visualization with hands-on experience in developing and deploying dashboards and reports using QlikView and Power BI. The BI Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights that help drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data models using QlikView and Power BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support BI reporting needs. Analyze and visualize large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Design and implement best practices for BI development, including data governance and quality. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating reports and visualizations. Optimize BI tools and reports for performance and scalability. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing BI solutions. Continuously evaluate new BI tools and technologies to improve reporting capabilities. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in Data Visualization and BI tools, specifically QlikView and Power BI. Strong proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, and data models in both QlikView and Power BI. Knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes. Excellent understanding of SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
