Welcome to BIEN, where creativity meets inclusion. No one here sets out to exclude; they believe that diversity is not just a goal but the heart of their success. In the dynamic realm of motion design, unconscious bias can inadvertently limit potential, hinder brand recognition, and impede growth. They are here to change that.

Founded on the principle that inclusivity is a universal boon, BIEN has been at the forefront since 2017, pioneering Inclusive Motion Design (InMoDe). This unique methodology serves as their compass, guiding brands towards profitability and effectiveness by ensuring accurate representation both on-screen and behind the scenes.
