Must have MA Diploma or Certification + Phlebotomy exp

We are looking for a professional candidate to work in an outpatient clinic. The candidate must have the following qualities for consideration: friendly demeanor, experience with EMRs, familiarity with medications/dosage, good work ethics, and medical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

As part of our professional standards, you will be cross-trained to perform the following tasks:

• Suture removal
• Must know Phlebotomy
• Conducting EKGs
• Vaccinations
• Urine dip sticks
• Patient check in/check out
• Answering phones
• Knowledge of insurance verification is a PLUS

Preferred:

· Certified as a medical assistant

Would like someone with peds experience

Required Experience:

· At least 1 year experience in a medical setting

· Must have familiarity with medical terminology
