As our Call Center Sales Representative in our Intakes department, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential clients over the phone with the ability to earn over a thousand dollars a month in bonuses alone.
*Available shifts after training: 12:00pm - 9:00pm or 3:00pm - 12:00am.
*Training is 8:30am - 5:30pm for the first 3 weeks.
Daily Tasks:
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Working with the firms intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Being a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate with them to sign on with our firm.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
- Updating the firms database in a timely manner with accurate data.
- Uploading and sharing pertinent documents appropriately.
- Building strong rapport with potential clients and vendors.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and on-call as necessary.
- Minimum 2 years in sales.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Compensation range based on experience $39,520 $52,000.
