Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service role for Nielsen & Moller Auto Glass Distributors is located in Tempe, AZ. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound calls, identify customer needs, provide service clarity, and transfer calls to relevant departments. Success here relies on your customer-centric approach, friendly attitude, poise in challenging situations, and basic computer skills and typing proficiency. This is an on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Update the call center CRM database with detailed conversation notes
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist customers in new account enrollment process and payments.
- Adhere to communication procedures, policies, and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Automotive or Auto Glass experience is a plus
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
