What You’ll Do:
Support customers with product questions and coverage options
Provide excellent service with empathy, clarity, and care
Resolve issues and help customers make informed decisions
Grow sales by offering the best solutions for their needs
✅ What You Bring:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience
High-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
Strong communication and tech skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to study and pass your state licensing exam (on us!)
