XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Warehouse!

Location: Garland, TX 75042

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our shipping and receiving operations. You’ll work directly with our warehouse team and truck drivers to ensure the timely and accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist warehouse supervisor and team with shipping and receiving paperwork
• Check in/out truck drivers at the facility
• Answer phones and schedule inbound/outbound delivery appointments
• Enter shipment data into our 3PL warehouse management system (WMS)
• Coordinate with carriers like UPS and FedEx (shipping knowledge is a plus)
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed properly

Qualifications:

• Typing speed with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Experience with WMS or logistics software is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse office environment
