Staff Force is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced and growing garage door distribution company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and services
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary
Work closely with the supervisor to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Utilize knowledge of order management, inventory, and billing processes
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with order processing, inventory systems, and billing – a plus
Leadership experience is a bonus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
