**Position Overview:**
As a Bilingual Dental Front Office/Customer Service Representative at Reliatus Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Patient Interaction:**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, collecting necessary information and updating patient records as needed.
- Respond to patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing helpful and accurate information.
2. **Appointment Scheduling:**
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering availability of dental staff and patient preferences.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the appointment calendar to optimize scheduling efficiency.
3. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain organized patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient paperwork, including insurance forms and medical history updates.
- Handle billing and payment processing, including insurance claims and patient payments.
4. **Office Management:**
- Keep the reception area clean and organized, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, replenishing as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
3._ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish._
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic scheduling systems.
7. Experience with E-Clinical Works software is desired but not required.
8. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is desirable but not required.
