Premier Placements is seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to join a motivated, collaborative, and established team in Sandston, VA. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources manager, providing administrative support in staff reporting, payroll, employee relations, and various projects.

Work Schedule:

Monday Friday 7:30 am 4:30 pm

Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $20.00 Hr.

General Responsibilities:

  • Meets and greets all new and active team members.
  • Ensures the new hires understand protocols and processes before sending them to the assigned department.
  • Ensures new hires profiles and timesheets are reflecting correct department.
  • Track absenteeism and tardiness to support compliance with attendance policy and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensures daily absent reports are sent out daily (including Saturdays).
  • Follow up with managers and input missing punches from previous day.
  • Track daily attendance towards perfect attendance bonuses.
  • Ensures all FMLA, Workers' comp etc. are kept updated on timesheets.
  • Helps coordinate benefits enrollments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative/clerical experience supporting the HR function
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
  • Strong knowledge in Payroll processing and Timekeeping.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
