Bilingual Human Resource Specialist (must be fluent in English & Spanish) Job Category: Office Requisition Number: BILIN001527 Posted: April 10, 2026 Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: On-site Location: Alabama, 2350 Highway 31 NW, Hartselle, AL 35640, USA Process employment verifications and DOT/FMCSA verifications Review new employee personnel file for completeness Manage expired license and med card weekly reporting Responsible for ordering drug testing supplies as needed Assists with benefits enrollment Manage password reset requests and resolve log in issues with UKG Assist with data entry of new employee data in the applicable HRIS as needed Assist with special projects and audits Performs other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information. Excellent organization and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional demeanor.
