The Bilingual Interpreter (English/Spanish) supports effective communication between production line employees and management. This role ensures that safety information, work instructions, training, and daily operational updates are clearly understood by all employees. The interpreter works closely with supervisors and production leads to promote a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate real-time English/Spanish interpretation on the production floor during shift meetings, safety briefings, and daily work instructions. Translate written documents, including safety procedures, SOPs, training materials, and company notices. Assist supervisors and leads with communication to Spanish-speaking employees regarding production expectations, schedule changes, performance feedback, and safety protocols. Support onboarding and training of new employees by interpreting during orientations and hands-on training sessions. Help ensure employees understand and follow GMPs, food safety procedures, and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality with employee conversations and company information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
