Position Summary: Supervise a warehouse team of three employees, scheduling the daily work & workflow assignments while ensuring the tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of three (3) warehouse employees
- Schedule daily work & workflow assignments
- Check in drivers
- Inventory count
- Scanning product
- Forklift maintenance (Preventive & Basic)
- Experience working with a 3PL company
- Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly & efficiently
Requirements:
- Have the ability to work with many products at one time
- Will work overtime - must be able to work the overtime
- Work in a fast paced but safe environment
- Must know how to count
- Be proactive with tasks and complete them in a timely manner
- Have a good attitude
- Work as part of a team
- Be committed to personal and the team's success
- Spanish Speaking only or bi-lingual in Spanish is ok, but not required
- Understand how to spread wight when loading trucks
Days: Monday through Friday (could work a Saturday when needed)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (there will be overtime - required to work it)
or
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
