We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational goals.

● Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.

● Ensure accurate documentation and timely movement of materials.

● Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.

● Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support business needs.

● Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.

● Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Qualifications:

●Fluent in Spanish & English & Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

● Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
