Are you ready to join us in creating our next million smiles? We have JUST the opportunity for you. We are actively seeking an Patient Financial Services Specialists to join our team. Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences Responsibilities: Address patient concerns by answering and responding to incoming calls promptly. Take Patient Payments Set up payment arrangements. Assist patients with unresolved balances. Liaison between patients and their insurance company. Collecting estimated liabilities from patients. Demonstrate working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Process, Compliance, and Federal Regulations. Verify, collect and update patient demographics, insurance coverages, and payment information. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments. Soft Collection Skills. Keep an open line of communication with the manager. Complete weekly workflow assignments. Responsible for answering inquiries from the field offices and interoffice departments within Revenue Cycle. Qualifications:• High focus on customer service and satisfaction• Must enjoy working in an fast pace environment• Compassion and high level of service for our staff and clients, internal and external• Integrity, always doing the right thing• Team building skills; organizational and staff development skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Attention to detail• Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines• High degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment• Professional manner and appearance at all times• Computer skills: Microsoft Office programs• Customer Focused• Drive Results• Instills Trus t **Bilingual in Spanish** High School Diploma or GED .
