Bilingual Payroll Specialist - Up to $70k

A well-established international logistics and shipping organization is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to take ownership of its full-cycle payroll process. This is a high-impact role for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing payroll in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The company recently implemented a new payroll system but is still relying heavily on manual processes and Excel. *** 100% Onsite

What You’ll Do

• Process weekly, full-cycle payroll for ~150 US employees
• Audit timecards, PTO, deductions, and pay adjustments
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records, taxes, and benefits
• Partner with Accounting on reconciliations and journal entries
• Support year-end reporting (W-2s, audits, compliance)
• Communicate payroll information clearly in English and Spanish
• Help improve payroll processes and system usage (Paylocity)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with Paylocity (required)
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
