Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. Duties

• Train and mentor team members on proper use of equipment, including forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure safe operation within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the factory and warehouse settings.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, quality metrics, and employee performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts.
• Ability to fabricate components as needed for production processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
