Bilingual Property Damage Specialist

Impact:
As our Property Damage Specialist in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in resolving their Property Damage claims. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn and thrive in fast-paced environments. This is an entry-level role where all training will be provided.


Daily Tasks:

• Communicate with clients regarding their PD claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding our client's PD claims.
• Set up car rentals for clients.
• Process total loss and/or repair claims.
• Review total loss evaluations.
• Complete understanding of loss of use.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office. 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
