Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, Attract, and Recruit:
    • Identify, engage, and recruit top talent in both the English and Spanish-speaking communities.
  • Screen and interview candidates in both languages to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize Recruitment Tools:
    • Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and Maintain Networks:
    • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company standards.
  • Maintain Candidate Information:
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database.
  • Provide Updates:
    • Regularly update hiring managers on the status of open positions and the pipeline of talented candidates.
  • Participate in Recruiting Events:
    • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    • Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish:
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse pool of candidates.
  • No Experience Required:
    • While no prior recruitment experience is necessary, applicants should be outgoing and eager to learn.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Results-Driven:
    • Focused on meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Bilingual Recruiter:
    • Previous experience in bilingual recruitment, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Tools:
    • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.
  • Knowledge of EEO Laws:
    • Understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and other regulatory guidelines.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
  • Hours:
    • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends ever, allowing for a great work-life balance!
  • Vacation and PTO:
    • A generous Vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy is offered after 90 days of employment, giving you ample time to relax and recharge.
