Pay: $20 - $24 per hour
Position: Bilingual Recruiter (Staffing)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: Hayward, CA 94545

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts!

Job Duties:
-Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
-Support the recruitment team in conducting research on industry trends and best practices
-Utilize recruitment software such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ADP for candidate tracking and management
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
-Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates
-Assist in onboarding processes for new hires

Qualifications:
-MUST be fluent in Spanish
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus
-Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of recruiting
