A leading packaging company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Foreman to oversee warehouse operations and support production activities at their Piedmont, SC facility. This role will manage team leads, coordinate daily workflow, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure efficient, high‑quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise three team leads and their respective teams
• Create and manage daily/weekly schedules
• Partner closely with the Material Planner and Offsite Workshop Manager
• Drive productivity to meet production goals
• Communicate directly with clients regarding project updates and requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve build‑related issues
• Build jigs for production processes
• Interpret prints, dimensional drawings, and production packets
• Utilize measurement tools, including reading a tape measure accurately

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Experience as a fabricator (steel, aluminum, wood) OR experience in packaging project management
• Prior management or leadership experience
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Effective problem solver, especially regarding build or production challenges
• Professional, polished presentation for client interactions
• Ability to understand and construct items from technical drawings
• Construction Project Management background preferred
• Associate Degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $26.44/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
